À La Carte Services for a Simple, Comfortable, and Well-Supported Stay

Staying at Les Chalets de La Clusaz means enjoying comfortable, well-located accommodation designed for experiencing the mountains with complete freedom.

Depending on the apartment or chalet booked, certain touches are included upon arrival or during your stay. Other services can be arranged on request, thanks to a local address book and trusted providers.

The goal is simple: to help you prepare for your stay with peace of mind, save time once you're there, and make the most of your time in La Clusaz.

Included Touches on Your Arrival

For the Le Caribou, Le Faon, and Le Renne accommodations:
• Beds made before your arrival
• Bath linen provided
• Bathrobes made available
• Wine cellar stocked on arrival, with a list available during your stay

For the Le Yéti apartment, beds are also made on arrival and bath linen is provided. The apartment does not have a wine cellar.

Cleaning During Your Stay

• For Le Caribou, Le Faon, and Le Renne, cleaning is included every 3 days, only for stays of one week or more.
• For Le Yéti, cleaning during the stay is not included, but can be arranged on request, at an additional cost

Additional requests can also be reviewed before your stay, in order to tailor the level of support to the length of your visit, the size of your group, and your needs on site.

Savoyard Specialty Delivery Available

To make organizing your stay easier, several services can be offered on request. You can enjoy delivery of certain Savoyard specialties thanks to our partner, the restaurant La Scierie, located in the heart of the village.

Private Chef: Referral on Request

For a special dinner, a family stay, a moment with friends, or an occasion to celebrate, a private chef can be arranged on request.
Les Chalets de La Clusaz can put you in touch with partner chefs or trusted contacts. Each chef then operates according to their own availability, menus, terms, and organization.

Ski, Bike, and Equipment

For ski or bike equipment rental, we can point you toward partner providers in La Clusaz. In practice, booking is done directly with the relevant professional. We provide you with the useful links or contacts so you can enter your dates, sizes, levels, and needs on your own.

Transfers from Annecy, Geneva, or Lyon

If you need a transfer from a train station or airport, particularly Annecy, Geneva, or Lyon, we can provide you with the contact details of providers accustomed to serving La Clusaz.

Booking and organizing the journey are then handled directly with the carrier, according to your schedule, number of passengers, luggage, and availability.

Massages and Yoga Classes on Request

To add a wellness touch to your stay, massage services or yoga classes can be arranged on request. We can put you in touch with the relevant providers so you can arrange the format, timing, location of the service, and terms directly with them.

Some services can be arranged ahead of your arrival, others can be requested during your stay. In all cases, they remain subject to the availability of the providers and to each one's specific terms.
